Seven student-athletes at six different schools in Cobb County School District have been awarded regional scholarships from Positive Athlete (PA). These scholarships are made possible by local sponsors and their dedicated and enthusiastic financial support of the PA program.

Since it began in 2012, PA has awarded nearly half a million dollars in scholarship money to deserving athletes in six states (Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington). And this year, Allatoona, Harrison, Hillgrove, McEachern, Pope, and Sprayberry High Schools were all represented.
